Payments Online can be made with credit card or e-check for any of the items listed on the left list or just inquire about your balance for water/sewer or taxes. You will be asked to pay a convenience fee based upon the amount of your payment. If you agree to pay the convenience fee(see below), you will be given a confirmation number which should be kept for your records. Your payment will be posted on the next business day.

An enhanced access fee will be added to your payment.

Fee structure:
2.8% credit card fee with a $1.50 minimum fee 
Electronic check is a flat $.85 cents up to 10K, $10 over 10K

NOTE: When searching for a street name, do not use a suffix such as Road, Rd, Drive, Dr., etc. The system will not return the proper results if you do. DISCLAIMER The City of Sylvan Lake does not guarantee that information on this web site is accurate, timely or complete, although the City strives to meet those criteria.
